Conscripts Lead Cleanup Initiative at Kangala Town Hall

Kndougou: The conscripts of the IPO 2026 in Kangala organized a clean-up day on Thursday, September 11, 2026, within the grounds of the town hall in order to put into action the values of civic duty, discipline, and patriotism acquired during their training.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the spokesperson for the conscripts, Mamoutou Traor, indicated that this initiative aims to put into practice the lessons learned during their patriotic immersion program and to contribute to improving the living conditions of the population. He emphasized that they intend to be ambassadors of civic values in their respective communities through concrete actions of collective interest.

The President of the Special Delegation (PDS) of Kangala, Luc Hien, congratulated the conscripts for their sense of responsibility and commitment to local development. According to him, this cleanup operation demonstrates their effective adoption of the values of patriotism, solidarity, and service to the nation promoted through the mandatory Patriotic Immersion program. The PDS also encouraged them to maintain this civic-minded approach in their daily lives and to remain models of discipline, respect for public property, and community involvement.
