Ouagadougou: The Burkinabe banking company Coris Bank International has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the government of Burkina Faso by presenting a check for 50 million CFA francs to the Ministry of Family and Solidarity. The donation, handed over on Friday in Ouagadougou, is intended to finance the drilling of boreholes for people returning to their localities recaptured by fighters.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the mobilized resources will be used to carry out drilling projects for populations gradually returning to their places of origin due to improvements in the security situation. €š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬¦¡¬°mile Zabsonr©, the Secretary General of the Ministry in charge of Solidarity, highlighted the importance of access to drinking water as a priority for supporting resettlement and improving living conditions. Mr. Zabsonr© also extended an invitation to other partners to support the ministry's actions, emphasizing the substantial need for drinking water supply infrastructure across the national territory. The donation is part of the national campaign "D¨m¨ Sira," initiated by the Ministry to mobilize resources for vulnerable populations.
