Ouagadougou: The cycling race included in the program of the 4th edition of the Great Season of Internal Tourism was launched this Sunday on the Boulevard de l'Ind©pendant in Bobo-Dioulasso.

According to Burkina Information Agency, a total of 57 riders from 13 clubs are taking part in this competition, which covers a distance of 90.5 km. The route connects Bobo-Dioulasso to Bama and also includes an 11-lap closed circuit in the city of Bobo-Dioulasso.

This sporting event is part of the activities of the Great Domestic Tourism Season, an initiative aimed at promoting domestic tourism, showcasing the cultural and natural riches of Burkina Faso, and promoting local tourist destinations.
