Ouahigouya: The closing ceremony of the civic and patriotic training of students in intermediate classes was held at the Kelbo Departmental High School, under the chairmanship of the president of the special delegation of the commune, Fid¨le Baz©mo.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the patriotic immersion program began on January 26, 2026, with specific objectives and concludes today with concrete skills acquired and unforgettable memories. Without a doubt, this training will have a positive impact on the lives of the brave participants. He concluded by expressing his profound gratitude to all the instructors for their patience with the young people, their expertise and dedication, as well as for the honor and pride they instilled in them.
The detachment commander in Kelbo, Lieutenant Inoussa Dima, stated that the current momentum of President Ibrahim Traor© calls upon everyone, both inside and outside the country, to dedicate themselves more fully to the success of Burkina Faso in general and his community in particular. He then thanked all those who contributed to the success of this first phase of the patriotic immersion program for middle-class youth.
The principal of the Kelbo Departmental High School, Kaldou Tamboura, praised the students' patience and, above all, their exemplary discipline throughout this civic education program.
The student representative, Pingtewende Sawadogo, stated that the lessons learned would remain etched in their minds and guide their behavior as responsible young citizens. "We have understood that the development of a country does not depend solely on its leaders, but also on the commitment of each of its citizens," he stated.
