Ouagadougou: The Director General of Faso Tourisme, Sulaman Kagone, officially launched the tourist excursions organized as part of the Ouagadougou International Tourism and Hotel Exhibition (SITHO) this Friday at SIAO. Sulaman Kagone extended an invitation to the general public to register in large numbers for the excursions, highlighting that these are available daily during the SITHO, alongside approximately twenty other activities included in the program.

According to Burkina Information Agency, these initiatives aim to enable participants to gain a deeper appreciation of the country’s national heritage, encompassing both natural and cultural aspects such as fauna, flora, and intangible cultural expressions like Bougousso. Mr. Kagone expressed his commendation for the first group of excursionists, which primarily comprised pupils, students, and families, acknowledging their eagerness to explore the cultural and tourist attractions of the capital and its surroundings.
