Fada n'gourma: The President of the Special Delegation (PDS) of the commune of Fada N'Gourma, Kampadiba Idani, officially installed Lamoudi Tankoano as the Head of the Basic Education District (CCEB) of Fada N'Gourma 2. The installation took place on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, following Tankoano's appointment by a decree issued on November 12, 2025. In his address, Idani urged the formation of a strong network among educational stakeholders to address the educational challenges facing the district.
According to Burkina Information Agency, Kampadiba Idani highlighted the critical responsibilities that come with leading a CEB, including providing advisory support to departmental authorities on education and literacy, organizing educational and administrative supervision, and coordinating the CEB's annual work program. He emphasized the importance of strengthening dialogue with educational partners, improving staff working conditions, and promoting locally produced food.
Idani also conveyed a message on behalf of the Minister in charge of Basic Education, congratulating Tankoano and urging him to perform his duties with dedication and efficiency. In response, Tankoano expressed his gratitude for the trust placed in him by the authorities and paid tribute to his predecessor for the achievements made within CEB Fada N'Gourma 2.
Tankoano acknowledged the significant legacy left by his predecessor and expressed his commitment to building on the progress made. He also thanked his former colleagues at CEB Fada 1 for their shared experiences that shaped his vision for the district. He pledged to continue ongoing initiatives and implement government-initiated reforms.
Calling on all educational stakeholders, including pedagogical supervisors, administrative staff, school principals, teachers, parents, and partners, Tankoano emphasized the need for collective mobilization to provide quality, inclusive, and resilient education. "Together, let's form a strong chain to meet the challenge of education in our constituency. Alone, I can do nothing, but with you, we can do everything," he asserted.
Tankoano also expressed his hope for the reconquest of the national territory and the return of peace, which he sees as essential conditions for the development of the educational system.
