Government Renews Mobilization and Warning Order Due to Security Concerns

Ouagadougou: The Council of Ministers has adopted a decree renewing the general mobilization and warning order in response to ongoing security concerns. This decision was made on Thursday, ensuring the continued readiness and deployment of necessary resources to protect the population.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the initial decree, issued on December 5, 2024, was set to expire in December 2025, prompting the need for its renewal. The new decree, effective from December 5, 2025, aims to maintain and strengthen security measures to address the current situation.
