Gourma: The governor of the Eastern region, Ram Joseph Kafando, accompanied by the constituted bodies and the military hierarchy, laid a wreath of flowers at the memorial to the heroes of Gulmu in memory of the personnel of the Defense and Security Forces (FDS) and the Volunteers for the Defense of the Fatherland (VDP), who fell during the year 2023-2024.According to Burkina Information Agency, Governor Kafando expressed his respect for those who sacrificed their lives for the nation, emphasizing the importance of unity within the National Armed Forces.
