Koudougou: As part of the 'Patriotic Hour to Green Faso' operation, the governorate of Koudougou, under the leadership of Governor Adama Jean Yves B©r©, actively contributed to the reforestation initiative. Some forty trees, including medicinal, fruit, and shade species, were planted between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. by governorate staff. The Regional Directorate of Water and Forests provided essential technical support for this initiative.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the governor praised the commitment of his colleagues and urged them to ensure the sustainability of the trees planted, stressing the importance of this contribution to the regreening of the region.
