Houet: The Youth of the Assemblies of God (JAD) of Bobo handed over 25 tons of granite and a load of sand on Saturday, August 30, 2025, to support the beautification efforts under the presidential initiative "Faso Mebo". The activity occurred under the guidance of leaders from the Bobo Nord and Bobo Sud ecclesiastical regions, Jean-Michel Tiendrebeogo and Jeremie Kienon, who facilitated the youth's contribution to this national project.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the official presentation of the donation took place amid a lively atmosphere, enhanced by the local brass band, and in the presence of Pastor Daniel Bouda, President of the ecclesiastical region of Bobo Nord. Pastor Bouda expressed satisfaction with the youth's mobilization for the country's benefit, emphasizing the importance of contributing to the nation's beautification.
Jeremie Kienon, coordinator of JAD center No. 1, highlighted the significance of youth engagement in such initiatives. He urged all Burkinab¨ to participate actively in the country's development, stressing the necessity of involvement in noble causes like Faso Mebo.
Harouna Nikiema, President of the organizing committee, expressed contentment with the mobilization efforts, marking it as a first initiative with intentions for greater future efforts. He conveyed the patriotic commitment driving their actions, aspiring for a cleaner and better-developed nation.
