Sindou: The regional directorate in charge of communication in Tannounyan organized a public conference on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, in Sindou. The event, designed for communication managers and journalists, centered around the theme: “Public communication in a context of popular and progressive revolution”.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the conference was part of an effort to enhance the capacity of communication officers and journalists in the province of Lraba. Led by Yacouba Goro, the regional directorate’s gathering aimed to discuss the role of public communication in supporting a progressive popular revolution in Burkina Faso.

The training’s primary goal was to empower journalists and communicators to effectively highlight government actions. Through educational information, the initiative seeks to encourage the population’s support for the revolutionary project.

Public communication was emphasized as a key tool for social and political transformation. It is seen as capable of promoting dignity and justice, asserting sovereignty, and advancing the vision of the State.

Yacouba Goro, while expressing appreciation for the participation, urged journalists and communicators in Lraba to embrace communication strategies focused on popular mobilization. This approach is intended to rally the population around the ideals of the progressive revolution, aiding stakeholders in nation-building efforts.
