Justice and Constitutional Development hosts Justice Services Fair and community engagement in Nyanga, 26 May

The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development (DOJ&CD) will host a community engagement and justice service fair to local communities in and around Nyanga, Western Cape.

The initiative takes place as part of the Department’s celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Constitution and a central focus will be on promoting awareness of Constitutional rights.

In addition, the Department will offer justice services and advice on-site, including those rendered by the Family Advocate (family law matters) and the Master of the High Court (civil matters). The Department of Home Affairs, Legal Aid South Africa, the South African Police Service (SAPS) are among the partners that will also be available. Community-based organisations, Ilitha Labantu and the Rape Crisis Cape Town Trust, will also provide their services at the services fair.
