According to Burkina Information Agency, this event is part of the second phase of the third edition of the National Days of Patriotic Engagement and Civic Participation. During the ceremony, Luc Hien conveyed the President of Burkina Faso's message urging citizens to actively participate in the production, processing, and consumption of national goods and services to enhance the country's economic self-sufficiency.

Luc Hien emphasized the importance of consumer choices in this effort, calling on every Burkinabè to contribute. He also encouraged the community to stay united around the principles of the Popular Progressive Revolution and maintain social cohesion.
