Koosin: Dokuy Teachers Complete Training in Bilingual and Multilingual Education

Ouagadougou: The bi-multilingual training for school principals and CP1 teachers of the Basic Education District (CEB) of Dokuy concluded on Friday, September 11, 2026, under the guidance of Anselme Taro, the Head of the Basic Education District (CCEB) of Dokuy.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the training session that commenced on September 1, 2026, focused primarily on Jula and Boor©, two national languages prevalent in the commune of Dokuy. The training was divided into two distinct phases, concentrating on the transcription as well as the teaching methodologies of these national languages.

At the conclusion of the training, school principals expressed their appreciation for the initiative, emphasizing its role in promoting national languages within the educational framework. They also conveyed their eagerness to implement the newly acquired knowledge in the upcoming school year.

Anselme Taro, addressing the teachers, encouraged them to diligently prepare for the effective execution of bilingual and multilingual education in schools.
