Zondoma: The Korsimoro town hall rewarded the best students and education actors in the municipality on Thursday by giving them laptops, bicycles, certificates of recognition and a motorcycle, on the occasion of a school excellence day for the year 2025-2026. The two best students in the Baccalaureate (BAC) in the municipality each received a laptop computer. Those who achieved the best results in the Primary School Certificate (CEP) and the Junior High School Certificate (BEPC) were rewarded with bicycles. A motorcycle was also handed over to the Korsimoro Basic Education District to strengthen its operational capabilities. The best teachers, educational supervisors, the best secondary school principals, as well as retired teachers, also received certificates of recognition, in recognition of their contribution to education in the community.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the president of the Special Municipal Delegation, Moumini Sodr, stated that this initiative by the town hall aims to recognize the efforts made by the entire educational community and to encourage the ongoing pursuit of excellence. Comrade Sodr praised the performance recorded by the commune in the various school examinations, particularly the CEP, BEPC and BAC. He attributed these results to the combined efforts of education stakeholders, whom he congratulated and encouraged to stay the course in order to achieve even more honorable results in the new school year.

Placed under the patronage of Adja Kadigu¨tou Korogo of Sabourin, the ceremony brought together education stakeholders from the municipality under the banner of celebrating academic merit and excellence.
