Ouagadougou: More than 200 students from the LA SOLUTION school group in Ouagadougou embarked on an educational and recreational trip to Boulkiemd© province as part of the Burkinabe Heritage Month celebrations. The outing aimed to provide students with a deeper understanding of regional cultural and historical sites.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the students, accompanied by the co-founder of the school and the Director of Studies of the Karpala school, visited several significant locations, including the APISAVANA honey extraction and export company, the Issouka Royal Palace in Koudougou, and the sacred crocodile pond of Sabou. The educational journey concluded in Nariou, the native village of the founder, Mr. D©sir© Nikiema, where they participated in a tree planting activity.
This field trip was designed to enhance students' knowledge about the sites and their significance. One student expressed enthusiasm, stating, "It's a joy to visit these different sites, because we learned a lot."
Mr. Thomas Gnebga, Director of Studies at Karpala's LA SOLUTION, highlighted the trip's value, noting that it allowed students and their chaperones to explore new horizons. He also thanked the school group's founders for organizing this enriching experience.
The LA SOLUTION school group operates schools across several locations, including Karpala, Zaghtouli, Kouba in the Central region, and Sabou, Nariou, and Soula in the Central West region.
