Les Etendards de l’Eternel Marks Decade of Gospel Music with New Maxi-Single

Houet: The gospel group Les Etendards de l'Eternel presented their new maxi-single, entitled Reconnaissance, to the press in early December. This symbolic choice, according to its members, expresses their profound gratitude to God for all He has accomplished for them and through their musical ministry.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Les Etendards de l'Eternel was founded in November 2015 in Bobo-Dioulasso. The group, composed of twenty-two members, was born from the vision of bringing together young Christians passionate about evangelism and determined to promote Christian values. Over the past decade, the group has distinguished itself with songs conveying hope, love, and faith, inspired by the spiritual experiences of their members and the realities of their community.

At this press conference marking their tenth anniversary, the group presented several songs, including "I ka na la Yesu ma," "Entre tes mains, Saint-Esprit, viens en moi," and "Jesus t'appelle." According to the group's leader, Ima Edmond, these compositions aim to "bring peace, restoration, and hope" to listeners.

Pastor Pierre Salia Gnienhoun, who was present at the ceremony, praised the work done: "The group has done good work during these ten years and deserves to be congratulated. Seeking peace through song, in our time, is an approach to be encouraged."

For the coming years, Les Etendards de l'Eternel announce the production of new songs and videos to further strengthen their evangelical mission.
