Les Vikings De La Marche Association Contributes to Faso Mªbo with Cement Donation

Kadiogo: The association Les Vikings de la Marche donated over two tons of cement to the presidential initiative Faso Mªbo in Ouagadougou on Sunday, thus demonstrating its commitment to supporting the authorities in the dynamics of the Popular Progressive Revolution (RPP). This donation, presented at the end of a five-kilometer walk in Bangr-Weogo urban park, reflects, according to the association's leaders, their desire to actively contribute to building a prosperous and sovereign Burkina Faso.

According to Burkina Information Agency, for the association's spokesperson, Mamouna Maga, this gesture constitutes "a concrete contribution to the building of the motherland." She stated that the Faso Mªbo project symbolizes a strong commitment from the people to take their destiny into their own hands.

She emphasized that every contribution, however modest, helps strengthen the collective momentum initiated by the highest authorities within the framework of the progressive and popular revolution. She also called upon the people of Burkina Faso to fully embrace this patriotic movement by taking concrete actions to promote national development.

Beyond the donation, the members of the Vikings of the March took part in the work alongside the Faso Mªbo teams, notably in the unmolding, collection, and sorting of the paving stones, always dressed in their sports clothes after their weekly session.

The association's leaders believe that this commitment on the ground illustrates their total adherence to the ideals of the progressive and popular revolution, based on collective effort, discipline, and patriotism.

Created to promote health and social cohesion through sport walking, the association Les Vikings de la Marche organizes weekly sessions every Sunday from 7 a.m. at Bangr-Weogo urban park, as well as civic and patriotic activities for the benefit of the community.
