Loroum: The President of the Special Delegation (PDS) of the commune of Titao, Sidiki Ganame, chaired the third ordinary session of the year in Titao on Monday, September 22, 2025. This session adopted the second amended budget of the year.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the session examined and adopted the minutes of the second ordinary session, reviewed the report of the authorising officer on the second amending budget and the report of the financial affairs committee.

The session also examined and adopted the second budget for the year 2025 and discussed the involvement of the members of the special delegation in the mobilization of financial resources and the budgetary orientation for the initial management budget 2026.

With the various efforts to secure the territory and the return of the administration to Titao since the end of 2024, the sessions are now held on site.
