Malian Prime Minister Hosts Ambassadors of Burkina Faso and Niger

Bamako: Malian Prime Minister Abdoulaye Maga received the ambassadors of Burkina Faso and Niger to Mali, Julienne Demb©l© Sanon and Abdou Adamou, respectively. The meeting occurred on Monday, June 2, 2025, as the ambassadors made a courtesy visit to congratulate Maga on his recent appointment as Prime Minister.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the meeting provided an opportunity for discussions on topics of mutual interest, particularly concerning the Confederation of Sahel States. Prime Minister Maga expressed his satisfaction in seeing the two diplomats together, viewing it as a positive indication of the confederation's vitality.

During the audience, Maga encouraged the ambassadors to collaborate in addressing current challenges facing their nations. The discussions emphasized the importance of cooperation for the success and stability of the Confederation of Sahel States.
