Military cooperation: the President of Faso exchanges with the 36th promotion of trainees from the National Staff School of Koulikoro

Ouagadougou: The President of Faso, Head of State, Captain Ibrahim TRAORE granted, this Thursday morning, an audience to a delegation of the 36th promotion of trainees from the National Staff School of Koulikoro in Mali on a trip to studies in our country.This 36th vintage of the National Staff School of Koulikoro is made up of trainees from Burkina Faso, Benin, Cameroon, Guinea Conakry, Mali, Niger, Senegal and Chad.Led by Brigadier General Moussa Yôrô KANTE, Director of the Military Schools of Mali, the delegation took the opportunity to pay its respects to the Head of State, Supreme Head of the National Armed Forces, Captain Ibrahim TRAORE and receive his instructions and his advice.'He made us understand, especially the trainees who are at the end of their training, the crucial role that the Officer must have today in the life of our States. The officer must no longer be content with being a bearer of weapons but must be a leader for his subordinates and for the people,' argued Brigadier General Mou ssa Yôrô KANTE.Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger, united within the Alliance of Sahel States (AES), have engaged in a common fight against terrorism, for peace and development.
