Mouhoun: The Secretary General of the Tch©riba municipality, Guiguima Sanou, inaugurated the written examinations for the 2026 baccalaureate session at jury 20 of the Tch©riba departmental high school. A total of 219 candidates are participating in the exam.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the candidates are divided between series A4 and D, with 117 candidates in series A4, comprising 55 boys and 62 girls, and 102 candidates in series D, consisting of 56 boys and 46 girls. The chairman of jury 20, Charles Roger Yabr©, commended the organizational efforts of the host institution and the involvement of stakeholders dedicated to the exam’s success.
Yabr© noted that the exams commenced in a calm environment without any major incidents. He advised the candidates to maintain their composure, confidence, and focus during the exam period. He emphasized the importance of adhering strictly to examination guidelines and cautioned against any fraudulent actions or behaviors that might jeopardize their candidacy.
Cl©ment Ki, the Life and Earth Sciences (SVT) inspector leading the educational support mission, echoed this message. He urged the candidates to stay focused on their goals and exhibit exemplary conduct throughout the examination period. Guiguima Sanou reassured the candidates that the exercises are a continuation of their studies, encouraging them to trust their abilities and face the challenges calmly.
Following the customary checks and under security supervision, Sanou opened the envelopes containing the exam papers. On this first day, series A4 candidates tackled the philosophy exam, while those in series D took the French exam.
