Nahouri Hosts Public Conference to Promote Social Cohesion and Authenticity


Nahouri: The citizen watch of the municipality of Tiebele organized a public conference this Saturday, November 1, 2025, which gathered the driving forces of the municipality around the theme: “social cohesion and living together in the municipality of Tiebele”.



According to Burkina Information Agency, the conference was initiated by citizen monitoring and brought together customary and religious authorities alongside various social strata of the population. The event was moderated by Dr. Jean-No«l Tagnabou, Director General of Non-Formal Education, and Dominique Dipama, Regional Coordinator of Citizen Watch of the Nazinon Region, focusing discussions on the central theme.



For over three hours, participants explored means to strengthen social cohesion and further develop the municipality. AimeGue, President of the Special Delegation (PDS) of the commune of Tiebele, encouraged the population to utilize natural resources for the development of their commune, while also calling on residents to cultivate social values that promote peace and cohesion.



“I encourage you to find frameworks for exchange and dialogue to discuss the development issues of the municipality,” the municipal authority stated. The speakers also urged customary and religious authorities to leverage their wisdom in promoting peace and love in Tiebele.



As the conference concluded, participants expressed optimism about Burkina Faso’s future and committed to supporting the authorities in their pursuit of peace and development.
