Nahouri: The Secretary General of Nahouri Province, Emile Hien, officially concluded the civic and patriotic immersion activities for middle school students at Zecco Departmental High School. He encouraged the students to spread the message of civic responsibility and patriotism beyond the school walls and within their respective communities.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the initiative aimed at strengthening republican values was launched by the country's highest authorities for the middle classes. For five weeks, more than 700 students from the intermediate classes of the commune participated in activities focused on civic and patriotic commitment. These activities were conducted under the guidance of the Defense and Security Forces (FDS).
The program sought to instill fundamental values of the Republic, including respect for state symbols, discipline, a sense of sacrifice, and love for the country. Emile Hien praised the resilience and enthusiasm of the students during the immersion and emphasized that it should serve as a starting point for lasting behavioral change.
Mr. Hien urged students to embody patriotism in their daily lives and become model citizens who contribute to the stability and development of their province. A total of 785 students from the intermediate classes of the municipality of Zecco participated in the program, marking a significant effort towards fostering civic responsibility among the youth.
