Presentations were delivered by Diakouba Sirima, coordinator of PONASI, Kévin Tiendrébéogo, director of Nazinga, San Drissa Traoré, provincial director of taxes, and Arnaud Y. Bado, a facilitator in Gamo wi gnan. The discussions aimed to inform participants about upcoming activities in the PONASI projects and “the disappearing land,” as well as to educate on fiscal responsibility.
Key activities within these projects will focus on preserving and restoring natural and wildlife resources and enhancing the capacities of involved stakeholders. Participants expressed their commitment to raising awareness among the local population about these initiatives.
The session also highlighted the importance of fiscal responsibility, as participants pledged to improve the tax base. High Commissioner Kinda expressed satisfaction with the discussions and the commitments made. He emphasized the need for effective communic
ation on tax issues, encouraging members to act as relays to the population to promote good taxpayer practices.
