Namentenga: 253 candidates were declared successful in the first round of the First Cycle Studies Certificate (BEPC), representing a success rate of 25.74% in the province of Namentenga. The provincial director of secondary education and technical and vocational training, Abdoulaye Sibiri Yarbanga, announced this Wednesday, June 11, 2025, the results of the first BEPC exam, 2025 session.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the province of Namentenga recorded 253 students admitted out of 983 candidates who took part, representing a success rate of 25.74%. Additionally, 489 students were admitted to the second round scheduled for Friday, June 13, 2025.
In comparison to previous years, in 2024, out of 1023 candidates, 452 students were declared admitted, representing a 44.18% success rate. This was a drop from 2023, where the success rate stood at 32.44%.
