Nayala: The Provincial Directorate of Humanitarian Action and National Solidarity of Nayala (DPAHSN) hosted, on Monday, November 3, 2025, the traditional rotating and collective raising of the colors. The ceremony was presided over by the secretary general of the province, Adama Diallo, representing the High Commissioner of Nayala in the presence of the authorities.
According to Burkina Information Agency, in his welcoming remarks, the provincial director of Humanitarian Action, Moussa Galbane, highlighted the symbolic significance of this activity, emphasizing the duty of patriotism, discipline, and unity it represents. He noted that the ceremony provides a framework for exchanges and fraternity among various institutions working for the well-being of the province’s population.
Moussa Galbane outlined the missions of his directorate, focusing on support and advice to authorities in areas such as solidarity, humanitarian action, national reconciliation, gender, and family. He also highlighted the Transit and Listening Centre’s role in caring for survivors of gender-based violence and the distribution of staff into three operational areas.
Adama Diallo praised the dedication of Nayala’s public services, acknowledging their efforts in implementing public policies in education, health, and agriculture. He highlighted the province’s achievements, such as an 89.45% success rate in the CEP, 37.88% in the BEPC, and 70.44% in the baccalaureate.
Diallo also mentioned positive prospects in agriculture through the presidential initiative for agricultural production and food self-sufficiency (IP-PA3) and the Faso Mebo program. He recalled recent national reforms, including the review of the General Code of Local Authorities and a plan contract with La Poste Burkina Faso for financial and digital inclusion through future “Zama Tche Citizens’ Houses.”
Paying tribute to the Defence and Security Forces on the 65th anniversary of the national army, Diallo urged participants to uphold national symbols. “The national flag symbolizes our freedom, dignity, and unity. We must respect it and pass its values to younger generations,” he stated.
The ceremony concluded in a spirit of fraternity, recognizing collective efforts in peace, social cohesion, and the development of Nayala.
