Kuils©: The Governor's representative, Bernadette Adenyo/Serme, Secretary General of the Kuils© region, installed this Monday the new regional director of Humanitarian Action and National Solidarity, Karim Diallo, in his new functions. Appointed by the Council of Ministers at its meeting of July 30, 2025 to the functions of regional director of humanitarian action and national solidarity of the Kuils©, Karim Diallo officially replaced on Monday, August 11, 2025, Mr. Mose Bado, who held his functions for 14 months.
According to Burkina Information Agency, in his speech, the Inspector of Young Children expressed his gratitude to the highest authorities for his appointment. The new Director thus took office with a strong commitment to continuing the region's development momentum by providing solutions tailored to urgent humanitarian needs. Addressing his now-colleagues, he emphasized the importance of solidarity and collective commitment to addressing the region's pressing humanitarian challenges.
Mr. Diallo praised the commitment and determination of his predecessor, Mose Bado, and the staff for the significant results achieved, the fruit of fruitful collaboration by all. The Secretary General of the region, Adenyo/Serme, congratulated the outgoing director for his remarkable work and the impact of his management.
She also encouraged the new director to draw inspiration from the work of his predecessor while bringing his own initiatives to strengthen the effectiveness of humanitarian action and respond to the challenges facing the Kuils© population. The ceremony was attended by administrative authorities, partners of the regional management, as well as relatives of the incoming and outgoing directors.
