Ouagadougou: The President of the special delegation (PDS) of the commune of Pouytenga, Beno®t Tiemtor, presided over the raising of the national colors in Pouytenga on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, focusing on the values of patriotism, peace, unity, and social cohesion. The ceremony, which underscored the importance of national identity and collective effort, was attended by members of the special delegation, the Defense and Security Forces (FDS), customary and religious authorities, and participants in the mandatory patriotic immersion 2026.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the event also saw the participation of young children from the ADG-Lal-Saga Football Holiday Camp, led by Herv Balma.
