Oudalan Baccalaureate 2026: 143 Candidates Begin Exams at Gorom-Gorom High School

Oudalan: 143 candidates, including 86 boys and 57 girls, began the written exams for the 2026 baccalaureate on Tuesday at the Gorom-Gorom Provincial High School, the only examination center in Oudalan Province. The exams were officially launched by Alain Komber©, First Vice-President of the Special Delegation of the municipality.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the first vice-president of the special delegation of Gorom-Gorom urged the candidates to give their best. He encouraged them to demonstrate composure, concentration, and discipline throughout the exams so that the province could achieve excellent results at the end of the session.

Mr. Komber© opened the first envelope containing the philosophy exam paper for candidates in the A4 series, thus marking the effective start of the exam in the province.

The provincial director of Secondary Education and Vocational and Technical Training for Oudalan, Soumaila Boulo, urged candidates to read the exam questions carefully before beginning their work. He also encouraged them to adopt exemplary behavior.

The 2026 baccalaureate session is taking place in a climate of serenity and under rigorous organization, with the support of the administrative, educational and security authorities of the province.
