The organizers aimed to reaffirm the unwavering support of the Bale people for the national authorities and to inform and mobilize various groups around development initiatives. The event also called on the population to be more vigilant in accordance with the role that citizen vigilance must play in each village and street.

The day of mobilization began with a three-kilometer march, starting from the RR11, the section located between the two host municipalities, and ending at the meeting site. Under heavy surveillance by the defense and security forces and the VDP, the procession included pedestrians, motorcyclists, and vehicles. Signs carried messages of support for Captain Ibrahim Traore and calls for sovereignty and resistance against imperialism.

The meeting featured speeches from local leaders, including the chief of Poura, heads of citizen watch from Poura and Fara, and the High Commissioner, Martin Bako.
