Zons©: The Possodo public primary school concluded its academic year with a unique closing ceremony this Wednesday, integrating practical learning with academic achievements. The school celebrated its impressive success rate of 96.15% in the 2026 Primary School Certificate (CEP) exams while introducing students to the art of dyeing Kokodonda loincloths.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the ceremony was held at the school premises, attended by educational supervisors and the Head of the Basic Education District of Zons©, Comrade Tobour© Yigo. The initiative to teach students the dyeing technique was spearheaded by the school director, Comrade Omer Tiendrebeogo, in collaboration with the School Council. This initiative aims to bridge theoretical learning with practical application, enhancing students' skills.
Following the workshop, teachers distributed composition notebooks to the students, marking the end of the school activities for the year. The educational community also celebrated their outstanding performance in the CEP 2026 exams. Out of 26 candidates, 25 passed, achieving a success rate of 96.15%.
Comrade Omer Tiendrebeogo expressed gratitude to the supervisors and partners and wished everyone a happy holiday. With a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction, Possodo school concluded its academic year, looking forward to the next school year.
