Manama:The State of Qatar has condemned the Houthi group's launch of ballistic missiles targeting the Saudi cities of Taif and Yanbu, describing these actions as a breach of Saudi sovereignty and a violation of international law.

According to Bahrain News Agency, Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs released a statement denouncing the attacks, particularly those aimed at civilians and civilian infrastructure. The ministry called for an immediate cessation of such actions.

Qatar expressed its full solidarity with Saudi Arabia, supporting all legitimate measures the Kingdom undertakes to protect its sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity. The ministry highlighted that Saudi Arabia's security is closely linked to Qatar's own security and the broader security framework of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
