The new Provincial Director of Communication for Culture, Arts and Tourism (DPCCAT) of Boulgou, Rachid Par©, emphasized his reliance on his colleagues and the constituted bodies for support to meet the objectives set for his role.

According to Burkina Information Agency, during his installation on Friday, May 2, 2025, Par© emphasized the importance of collaboration in tackling the challenges ahead. He conveyed his confidence that with commitment and determination, the team would successfully fulfill their responsibilities to satisfy the highest authorities and benefit the local populations.

The Regional Director of Communication, Culture, Arts and Tourism for the central east acknowledged Par©'s reappointment, citing his previous accomplishments in the role. The installation ceremony was overseen by the Secretary General of Boulgou province, Lall© Siaka YAO.

The Secretary General reiterated the support of the High Commissioner and the constituted bodies for Par©, expressing their commitment to helping him achieve the desired outcomes. In concluding the ceremony, Lall© Siaka YAO officially installed Par© and encouraged him to proceed with his duties.
