Ouagadougou: The reunion of teachers from the 24th graduating class of the ENEP (National School of Primary Education) of Loumbila (2008-2009) took place on Saturday, August 8, 2026, in Kombissiri. This gathering fostered camaraderie, solidarity, and strengthened cohesion, with the organization of the class's 20th anniversary in 2029 as a key objective.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the teachers of the 24th class of the ENEP of Loumbila 2008-2009 met on Saturday, August 8, 2026, in the city of Kombissiri for their reunion. This annual event, which constitutes the 17th edition of the class reunion, brought together more than 80 members from several regions of Burkina Faso.

For comrade Assimi Par, delegate for socio-cultural activities, representing the general delegate of the promotion, "our reunion is not just a friendly get-together, it is above all a privileged setting for fraternity, solidarity, sharing of experiences and strengthening of our cohesion."

According to Comrade Par, the discussions during the work provided an opportunity to make proposals and gather suggestions for the preparations for setting up the organizing committee for the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the class in 2029. "To this end, a meeting is planned in 2027 in Ouagadougou to facilitate the official establishment of this representative and dynamic committee, which will have the mission of designing, coordinating and conducting the preparations for the anniversary in a spirit of transparency and inclusion," said the delegate for socio-cultural activities of the promotion.

At the opening of the class reunion, the provincial director of preschool, primary and non-formal education in Baz¨ga, comrade Claude Oudraogo, congratulated the teachers of the class for the initiative of the reunion organized every year. He encouraged them to maintain this momentum, which, according to him, helps to strengthen cohesion, solidarity, fraternity and the sharing of experiences, necessary for the continuation of their professional careers.

For comrade Par, the mobilization of the promotion in Kombissiri is eloquent proof that the bonds forged on the benches of ENEP remain strong and continue to unite them, despite the professional and family responsibilities and the distances that separate them. The Kombissiri meeting was a friendly and relaxing setting for the promotion, which ended the day in a great atmosphere.
