Sanaba Basic Education District Sees Improvement in 2026 CEP Success Rate


Banwa: The Sanaba Basic Education District achieved a success rate of 94.37% in the 2026 CEP session. The provisional results were announced this Saturday, in the presence of the PDS, the secretary general of the commune, and other authorities at the Sanaba ‘A’ school.



According to Burkina Information Agency, this result marks an improvement compared to the previous year, where the rate was 93.83%, an increase of 0.54 points. Of the 142 candidates presented, 134 were admitted. Among the candidates, the highest average was achieved by Aminata Ouattara from school “A” with an average of 9.56 out of 10, making her the top student in the CEB.



The schools that particularly distinguished themselves were Sanaba ‘A’, Gomintenga, Dio, and Bendougou, which achieved a 100% success rate. The PDS congratulated the school principals, teachers, students, and especially the CM2 teachers as well as all the actors in the education system for their commitment to improving the quality of education in the municipality.
