Sandbondtenga: A new citizen dynamic has just emerged in Kaya, with the official installation of the Framework for Consultation of Resource Persons, a platform that intends to unite local energies around the ideals of the Popular Progressive Revolution (RPP) and the endogenous development priorities advocated by the authorities of Burkina Faso.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the installation ceremony, presided over on Sunday in Kaya by a delegation led by the Honorable Moussa Sawadogo, brought together administrative, traditional, and religious authorities, as well as representatives of civil society. This initiative aims to unite the sons and daughters of the province to actively contribute to socio-economic development and the strengthening of social cohesion in the Kuls© region.
'This framework aims to bring together the sons and daughters of the region so that together we can consult and exchange ideas on development initiatives, social cohesion, and support the ideals of the RPP with complete transparency,' declared the Honorable Moussa Sawadogo. He added that popular mobilization remains a crucial lever for translating the Head of State's vision into concrete achievements on the ground.
According to the MP, the new national dynamic calls on every citizen to engage in a disciplined and responsible manner. "Supporting the revolution means carrying out concrete development actions while respecting the government's vision and dynamics," he insisted, while emphasizing the need for synergy between the population, the administration, and the decentralized state services.
In this perspective, the Resource Persons Consultation Framework aims to become an instrument to support presidential initiatives and the government's structuring programs.
"We want to work towards the implementation of the presidential program, including the various presidential initiatives, for harmonious endogenous development," added the Honorable Sawadogo, calling on the people to take ownership of local projects and promote the spirit of solidarity.
The provincial coordinator of the framework, Isma«l Sawadogo, welcomed the massive support from the population for this initiative. "It is an honor and a great responsibility for me to lead this new structure. It aims to be a framework for consultation and dialogue among the sons and daughters of the locality," he stated.
For him, the strong mobilization observed demonstrates the communities' willingness to participate in building a better future, in line with the RPP's guidelines.
Mr. Sawadogo acknowledged that there had previously been a lack of coordination among the various local stakeholders. "There was a lack of a framework to unite all these forces. With the establishment of the Resource Persons Consultation Framework, this gap has now been filled," he stated, adding that the structure will work to strengthen local mobilization and support community development initiatives.
In the coming days, the leadership team plans to intensify awareness-raising and organizational efforts at the local level to strengthen the organizational structure. The team also intends to engage with traditional and religious authorities, as well as any other relevant bodies, to promote social peace, collective discipline, and civic engagement.
The Resource Persons Consultation Framework comprises 26 members from various socio-professional backgrounds in the province. It is based in several municipalities, including Man©, Pissila, Pensa, and Namissiguima, with the mission of serving as a hub for ideas and actions in support of local development.
Through this initiative, the people of Kaya reaffirm their commitment to the ideals of the Popular Progressive Revolution, founded on sovereignty, solidarity, and self-development. By focusing on endogenous mobilization and social cohesion, the new framework aims to make the province an example of active citizen participation in the country's economic and social transformation.
