Houet: The traditional and religious authorities of Satiri are strengthening their capacities regarding the Faso Bu-Kaor© law. The municipality of Satiri organized a capacity-building session for village chiefs, traditional leaders, and religious authorities from July 28 to 29, 2026. The training, held in the town hall meeting room, focused on children's rights, interfaith dialogue, and the Faso Bu-Kaor© law.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Emmanuel Ou©draogo, President of the Special Delegation (PDS) of the Satiri municipality and also a communicator on the Faso Bu-Kaor© law, urged participants to pay close attention to the presentations to better understand the topics discussed. He stated, "I invite you to pay close attention to the various presentations in order to better understand the topics that will be developed during this session."

The first presentation was conducted by Dimitri Badolo, who addressed issues related to children's rights and interreligious dialogue. The subsequent discussions allowed participants to deepen their understanding of these subjects and share their experiences.

Emmanuel Ou©draogo further elaborated on the main provisions of the Faso Bu-Kaor© law, emphasizing the essential role of village chiefs, as well as customary and religious authorities, in its implementation. "I urge you to ensure that these provisions are respected within your communities," he stated.

At the conclusion of the two-day training, Mar© Millogo, speaking on behalf of the participants, expressed satisfaction with the quality of the presentations. "We thank the president of the Special Delegation and the trainers for the quality of the presentations. We commit to putting the acquired knowledge into practice and urge traditional and religious authorities to work together to meet the challenges related to local development and strengthening social cohesion," he affirmed.
