Fada n'gourma: Schools in the city of Fada N'Gourma made donations in kind and in cash to the Faso Mªbo initiative on Saturday, February 7, 2026, in response to the call from the highest authorities of the country for patriotic mobilization and the development of endogenous resources.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the public primary school in Sector 1D of Fada N'Gourma donated four tons of cement, fourteen packs of water, and 10,000 CFA francs. In addition to these donations, 250 students and teachers from the school participated in paving work from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., demonstrating their concrete commitment to Faso Mªbo.
Diaba Lompo High School contributed two tons of cement, twenty-two packs of water, and five 25-kilogram bags of rice to the initiative. Dayamba Djamila/Thiombiano, the principal of the public primary school in Sector 1D, stated that this contribution is the school's way of responding to the call of Captain Ibrahim Traor©, whose vision is to build the nation using local resources.
The principal of Diaba Lompo High School, Alou Dicko, emphasized that his institution could not remain on the sidelines of initiatives launched by the highest authorities in the country, inviting the entire educational community to participate in this dynamic. Through these actions, the schools of Fada N'Gourma reaffirm their commitment alongside national authorities to the success of endogenous development initiatives and the promotion of civic responsibility and patriotism within the school environment.
