Seno High Commissioner Calls on Youth to Support Revolutionary Movement

Dori: The High Commissioner of the Seno province, Yaya Kone, urged the youth of the province in Dori on Thursday to actively invest in strategic levers in order to fully contribute to the revolutionary dynamic, during the launch of the 'Revolutionary Youth on the March (JeRM)' initiative.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the launch meeting was held at Arba Diallo Square and was followed by a popular cross-country race and an aerobics session. The event brought together administrative authorities, defense and security force officials, association leaders, as well as a large number of young people and students eager to support this citizen initiative.

JeRM aims to strengthen youth engagement around the ideals of the People's Progressive Revolution (PPR) and to promote civic and patriotic behavior. In his speech, Yaya Kone conveyed the message of the Prime Minister, Rimtalba Jean Emmanuel Ouedraogo, recalling the importance of youth in the success of the ongoing revolutionary dynamic in Burkina Faso.

High Commissioner Kone stressed the need for young people to demonstrate integrity, patriotism, solidarity, and discipline in all their actions. He urged young people, individually and collectively, to actively engage in strategic levers, to fully contribute to the revolutionary dynamic and support the vision of the RPP.

He also emphasized that the President of Burkina Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traore, is closely following the commitment of the youth, whom he considers to be the vanguard of the revolution. After the meeting, participants took part in a popular cross-country race starting from Arba Diallo Square, before returning for an aerobics session, a symbol of dynamism and cohesion.
