Sindou:At the annual pedagogical conference for teachers, Issiaka Yadia, President of the Special Delegation of Sindou, encouraged educators to sustain the high academic standards following a perfect success rate in the 2026 Primary School Certificate exams.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the conference commenced with a message from the Minister of Basic Education, emphasizing the themes of "Development and exploitation of integration situations" and "Decolonization of knowledge and endogenization of the curricula."
The minister's message highlighted the conference's focus on national territory reclamation and state rebuilding. Over the four-day event, participants will work on enhancing their skills in developing and administering integration situations, as well as harmonized correction techniques.
Additionally, the conference will address the decolonization of knowledge and the adaptation of curricula for teaching history, geography, and civic and moral education in primary schools. Yadia urged educators to thoroughly engage with these contents during the conference.
In his address, Yadia praised the teachers for achieving a 100% success rate in the recent exams and motivated them to replicate this success in future assessments. He also emphasized the significance of the National Days of Patriotic Commitment and Citizen Participation, which promote the use of local products from October 2 to 16, 2026.
