Sissili: The Youth Promotion and Professional Integration Service (SPIPJ) organized a training session for 65 young people and women from the Nebielianayou town hall from Wednesday, April 1st to Thursday, April 2nd, 2026. This initiative focused on local poultry farming techniques and the fundamentals of entrepreneurship.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the municipality of Nebielianayou is focusing on the self-promotion of its youth, under the impetus of the head of the Service for the Promotion and Professional Integration of Youth (SPIPJ), Issaka Bado. For 48 hours, the 65 participants benefited from capacity building focusing on local poultry farming techniques and the basics of entrepreneurship.

The first day, led by the livestock technicians serving in the commune, Issa Yameogo and Kloudjara Siriki Ouattara, was entirely devoted to poultry production. The trainers instructed the beneficiaries on the essential pillars of success for a livestock project, including habitat development, livestock feeding and hygiene, health monitoring, prophylaxis, and the technical management of chick rearing.

According to the organizers, the enthusiasm of the participants demonstrates a real desire to professionalize an activity often practiced in a traditional way. The second day was dedicated to entrepreneurship. Personal development trainer Moussa Yogo spoke to the participants about the entrepreneurial spirit. His presentation focused on self-confidence, rigorous financial management, and creativity.

Particular emphasis has been placed on supporting women in the creation of local micro-units, as well as on the need to structure themselves into formal groups or associations in order to facilitate access to financing opportunities. This training session benefited from the support of local administrative authorities and the assistance of Goanda Marcelin Nebie, a resident of the commune committed to the development of his community.

The ceremony concluded with the presentation of certificates, marking the beneficiaries' commitment to putting into practice the skills acquired during these two days in order to boost the local economy of Nebielianayou.
