According to Burkina Information Agency, for two days, the town of L©o was alive with sporting, civic, and cultural activities. The organizers' stated goal was to mobilize the youth, the driving force of the nation, around the ideals of security and fraternity.

The festivities commenced on January 30, 2026, with a women's football match on the L©o-Kutian school grounds, featuring teams from the L©o Municipal High School.
