Bobo-dioulasso: The kick-off of the 22nd edition of the National Culture Week (SNC) was marked on Friday by a popular cross-country race that mobilized authorities and populations. Starting from the Bobo-Dioulasso Cultural Center and ending at Women's Square, the route was completed on a circuit of approximately 2.5 km, in a friendly and sporty atmosphere. The activity concluded with a well-attended aerobics session.According to Burkina Information Agency, the Minister in charge of Culture, Pingdwende Gilbert Ouedraogo, stated that this mobilization reflects the commitment of the people to the National Culture Week. He invited everyone to take ownership of the event: "Don't just hear about the event. Let everyone take Bobo-Dioulasso into their own hands."This cross-country race is a warm-up before the official launch ceremony, scheduled for Saturday afternoon under the very high patronage of His Excellency Captain Ibrahim Traore, President of Faso, Head of State.
