Sandbondtenga: The 2026 session of the Primary School Leaving Certificate (CEP) and the entrance exam for sixth grade was officially launched Tuesday in the commune of Boussouma by the Song-Kolg Naaba, first vice-president of the special delegation. The local authority encouraged the candidates to remain calm.

According to Burkina Information Agency, a total of 2,106 candidates are registered in the two Basic Education Districts (CEB) of the commune of Boussouma. The CEB of Boussouma/S1 has a total of 1,158 candidates compared to 948 for Boussouma/S2, distributed across several examination centers throughout the commune.

The official launch was marked by the opening of the envelope containing the dictation, the first test of the session, and took place in the presence of administrative, security, customary, and educational authorities. Candidates received advice on how to succeed, and educational stakeholders were invited to ensure the smooth running of the tests.

At the Boussouma B center, the Song-Kolg Naaba, first vice-president of the special delegation, urged the candidates to remain focused and overcome their fears. ‘Have confidence in your abilities, pay attention, and apply yourselves to avoid mistakes,’ he advised. Primary education inspectors Sibiri Ou©draogo and Hamado Savadogo, heads of the CEB of Boussouma/S1 and Boussouma/S2 respectively, reminded everyone to strictly follow the instructions to guarantee results free from any criticism.
