Special Delegation in Nanoro Encourages Participants of Patriotic Immersion Program

Ouagadougou: The special delegation grants an audience to those called up for the 2026 patriotic immersion program: The special delegation of the municipality of Nanoro granted an audience to those called up for patriotic immersion on Thursday, September 10, under the chairmanship of the prefect/PDS of the municipality of Nanoro, Nourou Guiguimd. The candidates aimed, through this meeting, to report on their civic and patriotic training to the municipal authority, and to gather its opinion and advice.

According to Burkina Information Agency, in his address, Comrade Guiguimd commended the commitment and discipline they demonstrated throughout their stay. He urged them to build upon the experience gained during this immersion and to embody, in their daily lives, the core values of solidarity, mutual support, social cohesion, living together, and patriotism, for the advent of a sovereign, dignified, and prosperous Burkina Faso.

A member of the municipal accountability committee, Salif B. Tamou, echoed this sentiment, telling patriots to uphold the values advocated by the Head of State, including knowledge and humility, while avoiding easy gain in favor of conscientious work. Following him, the Commander of the Nanoro Territorial Gendarmerie Brigade, Florent Ky, emphasized the importance of discipline and rigor in their studies, encouraging the conscripts to remain models and references for the entire community.

The Head of Service in charge of the Environment, Xavier Sawadogo, and the 2nd Vice-President of the special delegation, Issouf Kondombo, also addressed the attendees, reinforcing the importance of the values discussed. The meeting concluded with a military choreography performed by the conscripts, showcasing the knowledge acquired during their stay in Koudougou to the municipal authorities.
