It was devoted to the examination and adoption of several deliberations and communications.The members of the special delegation of the commune of Bobo-Dioulasso examined and adopted around twenty deliberations during the 3rd session held from September 23 to 24, 2024. The deliberations concern, among other things, the motto and coat of arms of the city of Bobo, the transfer of street shops to the communal heritage and the 2nd amending budget of the commune, management 2024.In addition, communications relating in particular to the situation of dengue fever and malaria were delivered to the delegates. At the opening of the session, on Monday, September 23, 2024, the President of the special delegation (PDS) of the commune of Bobo-Dioulasso, Laurent Kontogom, stressed that the 3rd ordinary session is devoted in particular to th e adoption of the amending budget which is a requirement of the local authority code. "It aims to readjust the budgetary planning to be able to end the year with lines and prescriptions that will allow us to be more operational.We also have financial deliberations that we will examine and adopt, and a deliberation that relates to the coat of arms of the commune of Bobo-Dioulasso ," said the PDS of Bobo. Regarding the coat of arms, the PDS added that discussions are continuing, after those of an ad hoc commission that had been set up for this purpose to propose a motto that reflects the socio-cultural realities of Bobo-Dioulasso.Laurent Kontogom invited the Bobo population to be alongside the authorities to drive real development in the city of Sya.
