Ti©b©l©:The Ti©b©l© Territorial Gendarmerie Brigade, in collaboration with local municipal authorities, initiated the issuance of Biometric Identity Cards of the Alliance of Sahel States (CIB-AES) for residents on September 26, 2026.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Commander Dramani Coulibaly of the Ti©b©l© Territorial Brigade stated that the military hierarchy directed the units to conduct civil-military operations to strengthen community ties and improve access to essential public services.

This initiative aligns with the objectives set by the Chief of Staff of the National Gendarmerie for the latter half of 2026. Commander Coulibaly emphasized the importance of reaching out to the population to provide them with this crucial document, aiming to bring the administration closer to the citizens.

The Ti©b©l© gendarmerie brigade has successfully registered over 200 individuals in the villages of Kaya-Navio and Gueno as part of this operation.
