Traditional Chiefs of Tougan Donate Two Tons of Cement to Faso Mªbo Agency

Sourou: The traditional chiefs of the town of Tougan made a donation of two tons of cement to the Faso Mªbo Agency on Saturday, April 18, 2026. Valued at an estimated 230,000 FCFA, this donation was received at the municipal police station by the president of the special delegation (PDS), Ouigou Tiendrebeogo.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the chief of the village of Tougan, Abraham Lamoukri, stated that this gesture is part of the call for contributions launched by the highest authorities of the country in favor of the Faso Mªbo Agency. "We came this morning to answer the call of the President of Faso. We are thus contributing to the development of our locality and of Burkina Faso," he noted.

Mr. Lamoukri emphasized that they do not intend to stop with this donation. He encouraged the chiefs of other villages, as well as the entire population, to collaborate for the success of the Faso Mªbo Agency.

The PDS appreciated the initiative of the traditional authorities, highlighting that it is an example for all those who aspire to the development of Burkina Faso. It also encouraged others to follow their example.
