Hound©: The High Commissioner of Tuy province, Issiaka Segda, officially launched the Primary School Certificate (CEP) and the entrance exam for sixth grade, 2026 session, at the Hound© C school, located in sector 4 of the city.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the provincial authority was accompanied by Ladji Ouattara, the provincial director of Preschool, Primary and Non-Formal Education (DPEPPNF) of Tuy, and Lieutenant Kiswensida Daouda Traor©, the commander of the Hound© Gendarmerie Squadron. The Hound© C school composition centre, which hosts 312 candidates, is part of jury no. 1 of the Hound© 2 Basic Education District (CEB). This jury has a total of 713 candidates distributed between the Hound© C centre (312 candidates) and Bou©r© A centre (401 candidates).

Prior to the exams, administrative authorities, supervisors, and candidates participated in a flag-raising ceremony. The national anthem, sung in Dioula by the candidates, was a moment of patriotism. The High Commissioner congratulated and thanked the teachers for their efforts throughout the school year in preparing the candidates. He urged them to focus on achieving satisfactory results, warned against cheating, and encouraged relying on their own knowledge.

Mr. Segda also motivated the candidates to have confidence, urging them to work towards maintaining Tuy province's leading regional position in the CEP. The authorities visited the examination rooms to encourage the candidates and advised them to remain calm during the tests.

At 7:20 a.m., the High Commissioner symbolically opened the first envelope containing the writing test, in the presence of representatives from both supervisors and candidates. For this 2026 session of the CEP and the entrance competition to sixth grade, Tuy province presents 5,182 candidates distributed in 10 juries and 28 composition centers.
